I’m offering this lovely film as extra credit for my Literature and the Environment students and I have to warn them that they might cry at the end of it, or even before the end.

Thanks, Lisa. I think that showing students how climate change is affecting individual children is a strong educational strategy.

A gentle film that reflects the helplessness of a people severely affected by climate change caused by those who should know better. I am saddened by knowing I am constrained by those whose power limits what I can do to change this.

I love this little film, a simple story of a girl who wants to take up the traditional work of her family, but can’t because the climate is changing.
