This short film produced by the Tourism Bureau of Japan portrays the stunning landscapes of the San’in region which lies between the Sea of Japan and the Chugoku Mountains. With spectacular shots of islands, mountains, forests, farms, markets, and ruins, the film captures the natural beauty of the area as well as the rich culture which goes back to prehistoric times.
