Video: A Mini-documentary about Wes Anderson

This video by Paul Waters provides a quick introduction to Wes Anderson’s work as a film director. Although it was produced before the 2014 release of The Royal Budapest Hotel which many critics consider his best film, the video provides important insight into Anderson’s subtle and highly original style.

Love this! I taught at St. John’s School in Houston, Tx, when Wes Anderson made Rushmore there. My son was the “Boy Portraying Serpico” in the film. We had an opening in Houston and I got to talk to Anderson about his techniques. Such a genius!
