This episode features Constance, owner-operator of Five Loaves Eatery located in Chicago’s Southside.

For over 17 years, 5 Loaves Eatery has served homemade breakfast and lunch made of the finest ingredients. They also offer delicious Soul Food on Soulful Sunday’s.

Owner Constance Kinkaid says that breaking bread with one another and taking the opportunity to spend time with family and loved ones can bring about change in a community that lacks the amenities that some neighborhoods may take for granted.

5 Loaves Eatery was voted the 2017 Jean Banchet Award for being one of Chicago’s best ethnic restaurants.  And their famous Shrimp and Grits was recognized by Chicago Magazine as one of the best dishes in the city.
