About this short film, Gail Langstroth writes:

One hot, summer afternoon in New York City, the poet Anne Marie Macari and I met at the Bouchon Café, Time Warner Center, Columbus Circle. I expressed my frustration in my search for an editor willing to bring my bilingual poetry book to print. A veteran in the poetry world, Anne Marie responded: “But Gail you are a performer, a visual artist, why not create video vignettes of individual poems? This is where it is happening now.”

Thanks to Anne Marie and the help of computer-savvy artist friends: Aga, Lucas, and Nina . . . a few of these poems are alive and online. And, thanks to Roberto Garcia along with his team at Get Fresh Books firegarden / jardín-de-fuego is now available for preorder:
