David Huddle: Proof That An Old-Testament God Exists

The one we chose to lead us made it clear
hating was his best talent, his second
best was bullying, he could love only
himself, his measure of others was how

much money they had and what they could
do for him, he respected only dictators,
was most comfortable around con men
and thugs, and considered women objects

to be fondled or else ignored. It was
as if King Herod had run for president,
campaigned on his nastiness of character
and the Murder of the Innocents. This week

he took children away from their parents
and locked them up. Guess what comes next.
