Dear Vox Populi subscribers

Whoops and yay! Because of a technical glitch, instead of one poem, six were sent out to our subscribers this morning, but as it turns out, the glitch resulted in an excellent collection of revelatory poems by men. I think you’ll enjoy this small, serendipitous anthology.

Happy New year,

Mike

(And in a blatant attempt to tug at your heartstrings and thereby ward off any criticism for my technical ineptitude, here’s a picture of Josie as a puppy, three years ago when Eva and I adopted her. Awwwww.)

I suggest, if you have the time and energy, to do a six poem online thematic gathering of poems once a month or so. Or on an irregular basis as your muse inspires you. It worked this time for me and others. Just a thought. Great grouping.

Wish I’d learned years ago that absolution was possible if I only flashed a photo of my cute dog! That lesson alone was worth the goof-up (which was nothing to mea culpa over….)

It was a blessing, not anything to apologize for, or even explain.
