Chuck Taylor: The Coming

If you’ve walked in your
heavy galoshes into a farmer’s
wheat field covered with fresh
snow on a bright Sunday
morning, if you have listened
with a sharp delight to
the snap of frozen wheat
stems under your feet mixed
with the crunch of snow,
well now, my family, what
more can anyone say about
the coming kingdom of God?
