AMEN! Many thanks to Wendell Berry, Bill Moyers, and Vox Populi. I have always been drawn to Wendell Berry’s writings. This piece is a great reflection of how he is able to use words in a simple way to articulate (more closely than most) what I think/feel about Holy Spirit and this earth.
I have forwarded this piece to my adult children and favorite niece. With a family connection (synchronicity?) that the minister at my daughter’s recent wedding spoke about Wendell Berry. Which felt just right.
May we all learn from his simple wisdom.
